Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods (including typical 2–3 day domestic shipping). Store immediately at −20°C upon receipt for long-term stability. A household freezer at 0°F (−18°C) is acceptable short-term; a dedicated −20°C freezer is preferred for long-term storage. Avoid frost-free freezer doors that cycle temperature.

Researchers typically use bacteriostatic water to maximize solution stability. Sterile water may also be used, though solution stability is reduced. Always follow your laboratory protocols.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, sealed products in original packaging. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened vials or products that have left cold-chain integrity.
